A closer game than the scoreline suggests in front of a live TV audience. Watched the game from a box with Salisbury outplaying their opponents in the first half to take a 2.0 lead through a Kamdjo header and a deflected Fitchett shot. Hereford were back on the pitch 7 minutes early and took the game to Salisbury in the second half, scoring with a header from a corner. It wasn’t until the last few minutes that Salisbury could relax, a Fitchett shot from close range and a superb Wright shot from long distance wrapping up the win.
